Justyna Czapla Germany

After spending the 2023 season with CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto Generation, Justyna Czapla made the leap to the WorldTour team in 2024, following in the footsteps of fellow German talents Antonia Niedermaier and Ricarda Bauernfiend, who made the transition the year before.

The 19-year-old has followed a steady development path, concluding her junior years with a silver medal at the 2022 Junior ITT World Championships, behind future teammate Zoe Bäckstedt. Her 2023 season provided valuable learning experiences as she adapted to the elite peloton and longer race distances, with her progress marked by two top-10 finishes in the 4a reVolta and Classique La Morbihan 1.1 races.

Getting 2024 off to a strong start, Justyna played a key role in CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto’s victory in the team classification at the UAE Tour (2.WWT) on her WorldTour debut. Her year peaked at the German National Road Championships, where she upgraded her 2023 bronze to gold in the U23 Time Trial, dominating the event by more than a minute.

Upon moving up to the WorldTour team for 2024, Justyna shared:

“I’m really looking forward to how the races are at this higher level. I want to support my teammates as much as possible and achieve good results together. My most important goal is to gain more experience and to learn from my teammates and staff to become an even better rider.”

Justyna is signed with CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto through until 2026 and will focus on continuing her positive trajectory.
