Anastasiya Kolesava Belarus
After a formative season with the CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto generation team in 2024, Anastasiya “Nastya” Kolesava steps up to the WorldTour with CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto in 2025.
An all-round rider with a natural race instinct and a passion for climbing, Nastya excels across a broad range of events, from the brutal spring classics to relentless mountainous stage races. In 2023, she showcased her talent with a stage win at the Giro Della Toscana where she also finished third overall on the general classification, followed by another third-place GC finish at the Tour de l’Ardéche.
At just 24 years old, Nastya has already amassed six years of elite racing experience in Europe. She putting this to excellent use in 2024, taking on a road captaincy role with the generation team, using her wealth of knowledge to guide and mentor her teammates.
Her most notable result of the 2024 season came at the GP Lucien Van Impe, where she finished second after initiating the decisive two-rider breakaway in a race typically dominated by sprinters. Nastya also gained invaluable experience racing alongside the CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto WorldTeam at prestigious events like Setmana Ciclista Volta Valenciana, De Brabantse Pijl, and the Lotto Thüringen Ladies Tour.
“It’s a big step for me to join the CANYON//SRAM WorldTeam for the upcoming year. I felt a great atmosphere in the team at the first training camps and doing some races with the team during 2024. The riders and staff are kind and helpful.”
As a WorldTour rider for the first time in her career, Nastya’s goals for her debut season at the sport’s highest level are clear: continue to grow as a rider and be a valuable, supportive teammate.
